Through different seasons of change and uncertainty, it has been movement - combined with breath and awareness - that has helped me come back to my centre again and again.

I believe that we are not asking to be fixed or improved, but to be felt and seen. Through mindful movement, touch, and stillness, I’ve experienced how the body can soften when it feels safe, how breath can steady the nervous system, and how presence can create space for real change.

My intention is to support people in a way that is nourishing - helping them reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their own inner sense of self compassionate strength.
