About

Movement has been my way of listening to life. Through different seasons of change, uncertainty, and deep self-inquiry, it has been movement — combined with breath and awareness — that has helped me come back to myself again and again.

I’m passionate about movement because it offers a direct, honest conversation with the body. It doesn’t ask us to be fixed or improved, but to be felt, met, and respected. Through mindful movement, touch, and stillness, I’ve experienced how the body can soften when it feels safe, how breath can steady the nervous system, and how presence can create space for real change.

The way I work is grounded, intuitive, and compassionate. I’m less interested in how things look from the outside, and more in how they feel from within. My intention is to support people in moving in a way that is nourishing rather than demanding — helping them reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their own inner sense of balance.

Movement, for me, is not about performance or achievement. It’s a practice of coming home.
