Through different changes and periods of uncertainty in my life, it has been movement and breath awareness that has regulated my nervous system and brought me back to a more grounded life again and again.

I’ve experienced many different approaches whilst trying to ‘fix’ myself over the past 10 years and have found that the simplest way of being with my own body and breath have offered me the most freedom.

I am so passionate about supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their own inner sense of self compassion.
