Hello, I’m Dawn.

For the past 15 years, I have been committed to self discovery through courses, retreats, teachings and experiences. In these years I have come to realise that what is important, is connection. With ourselves, each other and nature. This is how we learn, heal, grow and love.

I share from my heart to yours, practices like yin and restorative yoga, including breath connection. I love playful intuitive movement - whatever the body calls for so that we can ignite the spark of creation inside each of us.

I believe in coming together to share all parts of ourselves. To build strength through community, to support one another and to cry, laugh and love! Let us grow through each other, through nature and through the simple joys that life has to offer.
